Yota outsources Payroll and HR to UCMS Group Russia

Yota has been working with UCMS Group Russia for over 18 months. The cooperation started in mid 2010 when Yota was looking for ways to improve its business processes in Russia.
Currently UCMS Group Russia provides Payroll and HR processing services to Yota, including the preparation and submission of reports to the authorities. Services are provided on a monthly basis to 1,200 employees of Yota in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi and Ufa.
