Kyivstar has been working with UCMS Group Ukraine for the past five years. The project was initiated in 2006, with Kyivstar seeking to improve efficiency of HR processes. HR software solutions, developed by UCMS Group, was adopted as the corporate Human Resource Management System in Ukraine.
